We specialize in pre-sale preparation, residential renovations, and property repairs — working primarily with realtors, investors, and property owners who need reliable, high-quality work done right and on time.

The TorCo Story

Construction has been part of my life since before I can remember. Growing up in Fontana, I spent summers in San Diego working alongside family on properties in Imperial Beach. My grandfather owned rentals, my uncle taught me the trade, and my cousin has run his own GC business in Northern California for years. This isn’t something I stumbled into. It’s in my blood.

After 15 years of professional experience across San Diego, I earned my General Contractor’s license and founded TorCo Builders on a simple principle: do the work right, treat people honestly, and the business will take care of itself.

Today I run TorCo with my wife by my side. She’s involved in every major decision, even if you’ll never see her name on a contract. We have two young sons, and everything we build is with their future in mind.

I show up when I say I will. I send photo updates throughout every job so you’re never wondering what’s happening on your property. I keep job sites clean — no mess left behind, no overspray, no shortcuts. My grout lines are clean, my caulk lines are straight, and the details other contractors overlook are the ones I take the most pride in.

I’m selective about who I work with — both clients and crew. The people on your job site are vetted, professional, and held to a standard most contractors don’t enforce.

I’m especially good at projects involving multiple trades — the kind of job where a lot of moving parts have to come together cleanly. And if you come to me with a vague idea and not much direction, I’ll help you figure out what you actually want and then deliver it.

I tend to make complex work look easy. That’s not an accident.
